Questions buyers ask before working with us

No. We don't hold inventory for resale. Every order is made to order: choose one of our existing styles or bring your own design, and we produce it with your branding.

No. We only produce under your own brand, or a brand you are licensed to use, and we may ask for proof of authorization. We don't make replicas, copies of designer products, or anything carrying another company's logo or trademark without written permission. See the Third-Party IP section of our Terms of Service.

We work B2B with brand owners, retailers, wholesalers, chain stores, boutiques, importers, distributors, e-commerce sellers, and private label buyers. We don't sell single pieces to individual consumers. Every order is a production run with a minimum quantity.

We're not an agent. TLSTAGE is a Guangzhou-based trading company that supplies the finished product: you place your order with us, and we take responsibility for it from start to finish. We choose the right factory for your product, develop the samples, follow production, run quality control and final inspection, and arrange shipping. Our team has worked in footwear since 2005, and TLSTAGE was established in 2012.

No. Our quoted price is the product price, and it already includes our margin. Factory matching, sampling, production follow-up, quality control, inspection, and shipping arrangements are all covered by that price, with no separate service fee, sourcing fee, or commission on top. Sample cost and freight are shown in your quotation and depend on the sample stage and the shipping terms you choose (FOB, CIF, or DDP).

Yes. Reference images, target materials, and quantity are enough for a first direction. A full tech pack makes the quote more accurate.

It depends on category and customization. Many projects start around 200-300 units, depending on material, color, tooling, and packaging. For shoes, MOQ starts at 200 pairs for our existing styles and 300 pairs for custom designs.

Yes. You can choose from our existing styles and we produce them to order with your logo, labels, and packaging. This is usually the fastest, lowest-MOQ way to start. We don't ship from stock: production starts once your sample and order are confirmed.

Yes. For shoes, samples are typically ready in 7-10 days, and the sample cost is refundable when you place your first production order. Sample timing for other categories is confirmed at quotation.

For shoes, bulk production takes 45-60 days after sample approval. Lead times for other categories depend on materials and quantity, and are confirmed in your quotation.

Yes. We support OEM/ODM branding: embossed or printed logos, labels, custom packaging, branded swing tags, color and material changes, and new product development.

Yes. Send your own product sample, sketches, or reference images, and we work out materials and construction, then make a counter-sample for your approval before bulk production. References guide the direction only. We won't reproduce another brand's protected design, logo, or trademark.

Yes. Inquiry details are used only to evaluate your project and prepare a quotation. We can also work under your NDA when needed.

We use pre-production material testing, in-line production checks, and final inspection before packing, with photo reports and shipment coordination. Our footwear facilities are ISO 9001 and BSCI certified.

T/T with 30% deposit, Letter of Credit for large orders, and Net 30 terms for qualified established clients.

FOB, CIF, and DDP are available, with competitive rates through freight forwarder partners.

Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or credit within 3 months of delivery. We provide inspection reports for every order.
